Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To design, establish and implement structured and comprehensive career planning programs to meet with the needs of the SME’s UG and PG students, facilitating their job search/ continuing study efforts upon graduation;

2. To lead and oversee a professional career services team in managing the development and the daily running of the CDC, ensuring value added career services such as career coaching, business skills workshops, experience sharing and networking platforms etc, both in and off campus, are provided to the students;

3. To manage and coach the CDC team in working efficiently and effectively with employers creating numerous touch-points for recruiters to interact with the SME students, including corporate visits, career talks, tailor-made events etc enhancing employer/ student engagement;

5. To establish and maintain close connections with the Admission team of top ranked graduate schools in China and overseas in order to provide directly relevant admission information and graduate school application support to SME students;

6. To organize, manage and monitor an effective Mentorship Program, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationship with mentors, gaining their support on students’ career planning and search efforts;

7. To collaborate closely with the academic faculty to identify gaps in and therefore develop and enhance skills required for the students to secure career opportunities in the market;

8. To create, oversee and continuously enhance an advanced and contemporary online platform for providing career and recruitment related information and resources to both the SME students and employers, including job search tools, job boards, online resume database etc;

9. To devise strategy and plans, and collaborate with students in organizing career related events, career treks and activities via industry clubs or other student organisations, enriching the students’ exposure to a wide variety of industries and opportunities in and beyond the local market;

10. To attend relevant external seminars or conferences in order to gain the most updated job market information and industry trends for sharing with students and the CDC team if necessary;

11. To manage the budget and other resources of the CDC, ensuring the best resources allocation is carried out to meet with the objectives.

12 To undertake any other CDC related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor or preferably a higher degree from top universities, ideally gained from overseas universities;

2. At least 12 years’ solid work experience including a progressive career gained with sizeable organisations, a minimum of 5 years must be gained from a people manager role;

3. Functional background in human resources or recruitment/ training & development related roles highly preferred;

4. Industry experience gained in finance/ consulting/ technology/ education sector a definite advantage;

5. Prior work experience gained overseas or with multinational companies a big plus;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To report directly to the Director of the Career Development Centre and to work closely with a dynamic and energetic team in providing fully-integrated career development services to the SME’s UG and PG students; more specifically to design, create and be the project manager of a user-friendly and highly effective CDC website, including relevant features such as online resources, resume database, job board etc;

2. To continue to modify and further develop the online platform after its establishment, aiming at continuous improvement and enhancement of online communication with students, employers and external parties;

3. To manage both internal and external communication with students, faculty, employers, alumni and other stakeholders via different tools including newsletters, flyers, marketing and promotional materials, both printed or online, with an aim to promote and made known to the market the uniqueness of our SME students through various marketing and media channels, in particular the more dynamic and updated online and social media platforms;

4. To develop, search for and manage the e-resources tools provided to the students to facilitate their career management, and continue exploring new ones internationally enriching the contents of the CDC’s online platform supporting the students’ needs;

5. To identify, source and collect directly relevant information of PG programs from top-ranked schools locally, regionally and internationally, providing students with useful resources to support their search for further studies.

6. To provide input and contribute any update of CDC’s activities and events to SME’s website on a regular basis;

7. To manage the collection and compilation of employment statistics timely and regularly for analysis and reporting purposes;

8. To provide support to the CDC team to perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree with not less than 5 years’ working experience gained preferably in IT/ service industry or in any fast-paced environment;

2. Proven track records in establishing and managing websites and/ or any digital media platform for marketing purpose; a good working knowledge on social media marketing is also useful;

3. Sound and hands-on work experience on webpage design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop, Dreamweaver and/or social media tools is required; proficiency in basic programming languages and a good sense on graphic design are highly preferred;

4. Detail-oriented with the ability to own and manage multiple projects independently and timely with minimum supervision;

Post Specification


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To report directly to the Director of the CDC and to work closely as a dynamic and energetic team in organizing, delivering and enhancing comprehensive and well-structured career development programs to the SME’s UG and PG students, helping them move onto their next step after graduation;

2. To be closely involved in building up and strengthening specifically assigned market/ industry network with a view to sourcing career opportunities from potential employers locally, regionally and internationally; one consultant will be responsible for the finance industry and the other one for non-finance industries.

3. To effectively support a proactive student body through providing regular career coaching, job search guidance, resume review, interview training etc; and act as an effective liaison and contact point between students and potential employers;

4. To plan, initiate and organise (to deliver when needed) business skills training workshops including identifying, sourcing and evaluating relevant trainers locally and regionally, and to coordinate career talks and company visits as well as other relevant events organised by business partners in the region;

5. To prepare and advise students on graduate school applications when required, and to collect and provide directly relevant and useful PG program information and school database to support their applications;

6. To contribute to the establishment and updating of the online CDC platform in a timely manner, to initiate new ideas enriching the content of both internal and external, online and offline communication materials for CDC;

7. To work with a highly dedicated CDC team to perform any other duties as assigned;

8. Some evening and weekend hours may be required as assigned by the Management. 


Qualifications & Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 8 years’ solid work experience gained in sizeable local or international companies; one opening with prior experience in finance industry is required; the other one with industry background gained primarily in consulting/ FMCG/ technology is preferred;

2. Directly relevant background in staffing, recruitment and/or training & development a big plus;

3. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with employers and students effectively;

4. Resourceful, practical and result-oriented, possesses strong organisational and project management skills and be able to independently manage and complete multiple projects within specified time frame;

任职要求

1、计算机或IT相关专业,本科(包括)以上学历;

2、至少两年以上的相关技术背景及相关项目实施经验,有大学及金融行业从业经验优先;

3、精通局域网配置、综合布线,熟悉路由器,交换机、防火墙和常用网络诊断命令; 
4、了解并关注系统安全和网络安全;

5、精通windows域和windows服务器常用软件的安装、配置和使用维护; 

6、有较强的学习能力,协作能力,执行力和沟通能力,具备团队合作精神;

7、有一定的抗压能力和良好的流程规范执行能力;可按要求于周末或非工作日上班。


岗位职责

1、参与学院的IT项目,参与项目管理和流程监控及相关文档编写;

2、解决IT系统的日常网络及计算机软硬件故障,配合进行系统性故障的查修;

3、在IT主管的指导下,完成学校的IT相关工作。

基金会拓展和筹募经理 Institutional Advancement Manager (Ref.2016/028/01)

职位说明

应聘者须具备:1、拥有学士以上学位,持更高学历者优先;2、八年或以上相关岗位工作经验;3、出色的沟通能力和公共关系技巧;4、优秀的中英文书写和口语能力;5、在大型的高等院校有过发展和推广的相关工作经验。

 

工作职责包括:1、有关大学基金会发展与各相关方面工作;2、与大学基金会理事会成员和高级管理人员协作,进行基金会各项筹募事务;3、推动大学基金会发展职能;4、维系及促进大学与捐赠人的关系;5、建立并拓展新的筹募系统, 制定基金会募集计划;6、办公室的日常管理工作;7、建立并维系大学与校友、企业、基金会、社会团体的关系,为大学的长远发展开发募集资源,开拓新机会,促进大学发展;8、负责大学基金会网页内容审核、维护、更新;9、完成其它由上级安排的工作。
